From the North (Peoria)

Merge onto I-74 East towards Morton.  Merge onto I-155 South via Exit 101 toward Lincoln.  Take the IL-122 East Exit #19 toward Hopedale.  Turn Left onto IL-122 East.  Turn Right onto Hittle Street.  Turn Left onto Park Drive.  Turn Right onto Tremont Street.  End at Hopedale Medical Complex.

From the South (Lincoln)

Merge onto 1254TH Avenue / CR-2 North.  Continue to follow CR-2 North.  Turn Left onto US-136.  Turn Right onto 1100TH Avenue / CR-17.  1100TH Avenue / CR-17 becomes South Hopedale Road / CR-9.  Keep Left at the fork to go on South Hopedale Road.  Turn Left onto Southwest Lincoln Street.  Turn Right onto Tremont Street.  End at Hopedale Medical Complex.
